Escaped convict Oscar Alvarado has been captured as of Monday
Kamilah Alvarado, 22, Dean Ortiz, 33, and Crysta Otto, 27, of Barnett Street near Erdrick
, in Mayfair, face charges for holding up the apprehension of the escaped convict
by hiding him inside a Motor Inn in Trevose. Alvarado is accused of murdering a woman in October 2008.

Valerijs Belovs, 56, and his boss, Victor M. Kalinitchii, 41, both of Algon Avenue
in the Northeast, have pleaded guilty to one count of vehicular homicide. Belovs, a truck driver, drove a truck with faulty brakes on the Schuylkill Expressway
. He crashed into the car of David Schreffler, 49, of Fort Washington. Schreffler died instantly due to chest injuries. As of Wednesday, mechanic Joseph Jadczak, 61, of Milton, Del., has also pleaded guilty.
Rosemary DiLacqua, 51, the former board president of Philadelphia Academy Charter School was sentenced on Tuesday to 366 days in prison for a plot to defraud the school.
DiLacqua plead guilty in July to accepting $34,000 in payments and loans from the founder and former top administrator of the charter. She also rewarded them with raises and high paying contracts.
