ULI Philadelphia Awards For Excellence

The Urban Land Institute has set the standard in recognizing outstanding and transformational land use developments, best practices and creative visioning. Modeled after the ULI Global Awards for Excellence, ULI PHL Awards for Excellence will recognize superior development projects in  Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware on June 13th at the Ballroom at The Ben. Criteria for the awards include factors beyond innovation in planning and design, including adaptability to other communities, sustainability, economic success, overall community health and social impact to address neighborhood revitalization goals. Click here for more information on the Awards and to meet our national jury.
